What delivery options do I have?

Standard EU Delivery ( 1-7 Working Days)

We will deliver your purchase within 1-7 working days (depending on your location) after receiving your order and processing.

 

International Delivery ( 4 - 21 Working Days)

We will deliver your purchase within 4 -21 working days (depending on your location) after receiving your order confirmation.

 

Return & Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope you are happy with your BAPTIZED IN HELL purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 day period in an unworn and unused condition.

 

Once the hang-tag is removed we are not able to accept a return or exchange.

Please do not forget to return the free lighter and / or cap as well, if you return your whole order. If that is not the case, we will deduct 8€ for the lighter and 39€ for the cap from your total refunded amount.

It is your duty to make sure the parcel arrives at our head quarters. We suggest you to always return your order with a tracking number.

Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.
